No Diet Here! Starvation and deprivation are not the keys to successful weight loss! My job over the next 90-days is to help you discover foods that you enjoy eating that give you energy and make you feel alive. You will learn to become free of food rules and diets, and instead gain a self-respecting approach to eating, where hunger drives the decision to eat, and fullness drives the decision to stop. You will learn to eat for physical rather than emotional reasons.

Who Am I? 

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm just like you, I have struggled with feeling confident in my body, feeling that my body was the enemy. No matter what I did, it wasn't enough. It wasn't until I realized what I was doing to lose weight and be "skinny" was actually making me sick, keeping me always stressed, unhappy, and the reason I was still storing everything I ate, even if it was an apple. 

After years of research and putting my body through every diet, cleanse, and exercise program out there, and being sick and miserable the entire time; I finally learned how to stay fit, be healthy, while still enjoying life. 

With the added stress and relentless demands of work and life responsibilities, what we are doing to try to transform our bodies is no longer working, and we're looking for something greater. I believe real transform starts in the mind, and I want to help you clear out all the negative, limiting beliefs that are holding you back from having the body and life of your dreams.
